CORONAVIRUS UPDATE:

NHS ENGLAND AND THE PARLIMENTARY AND HEALTH SERVICE OMBUDSMAN APPROVED A PAUSE on all complaints on 26th March 2020 to help the NHS focus on tackling coronavirus.

The coronavirus pandemic continues to have a significant impact on our service like many public services, our productivity was affected, it also affected our ability to provide the information we need to carry out complaint investigations. After careful consideration we have now started processing complaints once again.
