Under the new GDPR regulation which comes in effect on 25th May 2018 – We will require your consent to share your information with other healthcare providers such as hospitals, pharmacies etc.. Without your consent we cannot send a referral or send your prescription to your designated pharmacy – please call us to find out more information and tell us of your preferences on data sharing.
